When will I receive my items? We are proud to say we are QUICK when it comes to shipping! For orders of 1 or 2 T-shirts we use First Class Shipping. Orders of three or more tees are upgraded to Priority Mail that e-mails you your tracking number once it has made it to the post office. We have received a lot of feedback that our customers receive their items as quick as the NEXT DAY!

How does your O&O Subscription service work? We send 2 new, never been seen tees monthly! If you sign up on the 14th of a month - you will be charged and sent your next months items on the 14th as well. You may opt in or opt out at any time - to opt out you must log in (top of the home page).

May I exchange my purchase? We hope you LOVE your Oliver & Otis items but understand that sometimes items need to be exchanged for various reasons. We accept exchanges (sorry no refunds) with in 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, nothing washed or worn. Sale items and grab bags sales are final. Must have original invoice that was in package.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. Since our inventory fluctuates daily, we cannot guarantee we will have the item you purchased available at the time of exchange. Items can be mailed to our Warehouse. Please include $4.00 for return shipping, order number, contact information, reason for return, and what item in exchange.

All sales final on HOLIDAY tees, unless returned with appropriate timing (i.e. please do not return your Christmas tee after Christmas, Santa is watching you)!
